Birthday Girl!

Our sweet Anna Bell turned two yesterday. She is such a breath of fresh air in our family. She knew it was her birthday and danced around the house squealing most of the day saying "It's my Birthday...I turn two." I made her a castle cake out of rice krispie treats. It was a lot easier than trying to make a castle out of cake. So my kids might always have rice krispie cakes from now on. : ) We had a smore party for her and invited around 15 families. Some of her favorite gifts are a princess cell phone, a pack and play and a stroller for her baby, stuffed puppies in a little bed, a new Elmo swimsuit and a plethora of pretend food and play dishes for her kitchen. She is definitely spoiled and we love her. Here are a few pictures to recap the day.

I can't believe that Anna is already two. You're kiddos are getting so big and they are so cute! I wish that we lived closer together so that we could get together to play. I love the cake that you made, I will have to try that next year.

Wowy! What a cake. That really does look great, Jen! I should have known, after all, you did create a pretty amazing camping cake that, if I remember correctly, took top honors at the prestigious Teton County Fair. (But the castle cake looks more kitty proof to me:)
